Project Manager, Infor ERP Services
Job Description:
Intellias is searching for an ambitious, career-minded professional to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for delivering project management consulting services for Infor ERP implementation projects nationwide. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to understand our customers’ business needs and, through discovery, can deliver strategic and creative solutions to resolve project challenges.
With a strong ERP background, the Project Manager will help define the methodology and repeatable processes to provide best practices to projects across multiple industries including, Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Government, and K-12.

Responsibilities Include:
Leading the planning, management, and execution of Infor packaged software implementation projects
Leading/Directing major projects (utilizing Intellias’ project methodology) involving the management of consultants focused on implementing Infor’s suite or products
Evaluating/Recommending changes to current & future system requirements to align with client’s goals/needs
Translating the client’s business requirements into specific project plans goals
Working effectively with and contribute to a project team environment
Building/maintaining positive relationships with clients and the Intellias project team
Working directly with the client’s Project Team on status updates, scheduling activities, etc.
Maintaining Project Methodology compliance, project oversight, project execution, and quality assurance
Monitoring project and performance goals/objectives/milestones
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Candidate must have 5+ years of post-baccalaureate direct experience
PMP certification is desired
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High degree of adaptability and willingness to learn
Enjoys working in a high-energy, ever-changing work environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize project responsibilities
Effective problem solving, time management, decision-making, and presentation skills
Experience:
ERP project experience across multiple industries, with specific expertise in Infor ERP (HCM, FSM)
Experienced in direct B2B, client-facing work environment
Base salary + utilization bonus opportunity
Travel may be required (up to 25-50%)
